Job summary

WHBM is seeking a Support Associate to manage inventory and ensure a seamless customer experience on both the back-of-house and sales floor. You will handle shipments, stockroom movement, and merchandising while upholding brand standards and contributing to a collaborative team culture.

You will support store leadership in visual directives, floor sets, signage, and restocking, with a focus on hospitality and teamwork. This role offers a path to growth within the WHBM brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to regular attendance.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensure the stockroom is neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Effectively execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with executing visual directives, including updating floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects our culture of hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.
