Job summary

WHBM is seeking a Support Associate to work both in the back of the house and on the sales floor at Store 3095-Birkdale Village-WHBM-Huntersville, NC. You will manage inventory processes, process shipments, restock, and ensure items are where they need to be to support a seamless customer experience.

You'll uphold brand standards, assist with visual directives, and contribute to a positive team culture. Applicants should be 18+, with flexible availability including nights and weekends; lifting

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, storage, and ticket merchandise for replenishment.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Restock products and update price changes on the floor.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment compliant with brand standards.
• Assist with visual directives, floor sets, signage, and window changes.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience aligned with our hospitality culture.
• Support store leaders through teamwork and collaboration.
