Job summary

WHBM, part of knitwellgroup, is seeking a Support Associate at Store 3545-Walt Whitman Mall-WHBM-Huntington Station, NY. You will manage stock, process shipments, and ensure the sales floor is stocked and aligned with brand standards to support a smooth customer experience.

This role blends back-of-house and front-of-house duties and requires proactive, detail-oriented teamwork. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inventory and merchandising is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new processes and adapt to daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and easy navigation for staff.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner and adjust pricing as needed.
• Execute product restocking and price changes accurately.
• Uphold brand standards and deliver a customer-focused, hospitable store environment.
• Support store leaders with visual directives, floor set updates, and signage placement.
