Job summary

WHBM, a brand under the knitwellgroup family, is hiring a Support Associate in Gainesville, VA. This role combines back-of-house inventory duties with front-of-floor support to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will manage shipments, ticket merchandise, restock, and maintain brand-standard visuals while collaborating with store leadership and teammates. Competitive hourly pay and part-time scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Commitment to regular attendance to ensure adequate coverage.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor promptly.
• Restock products and update price changes.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with executing visual directives, including updating floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting our culture of hospitality.
• Support a positive, collaborative team environment.
