Job summary

WHBM is seeking a Support Associate to work both in the back of the house and on the sales floor in Lone Tree, CO. You will handle inventory, shipments, ticketing, and restocking while upholding brand standards and supporting a positive team culture.

The role emphasizes proactive stock control, accurate price changes, and delivering a courteous customer experience leveraging WHBM’s hospitality ethos. Regular attendance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Quick learner of new processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, storage, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner and adjust as needed.
• Execute restocking and price changes accurately.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Assist leaders with visual directives, floor sets, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting hospitality values.
