WHBM is seeking a Support Associate to manage inventory, restock and merchandize on the sales floor. You will maintain a neat stockroom, implement price changes, and support floor-set updates while upholding brand standards.

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player who helps ensure a seamless customer experience. This role requires 18+ years old with flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Owns responsibilities with ownership mindset and teamwork.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and move products as needed.
• Able to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised promptly on the sales floor.
• Restock products and implement price changes accurately.
• Maintain store visuals and signage aligned with brand standards.
• Assist with floor-set updates and visual presentations.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting hospitality and teamwork.
