Job summary

White House Black Market is seeking a Support Associate in White Plains to manage inventory, replenish stock, and merchandise products on the sales floor. You will keep the stockroom organized and support visual standards across floor sets, signage, and pricing changes, while delivering a customer-focused shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for the brand and empowering confidence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and regular attendance.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised on the sales floor promptly.
• Execute product restocking and price changes effectively.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Support visual directives: floor sets, window changes, signage.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting hospitality culture.
• Contribute to a positive work environment via teamwork and collaboration.
