Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive exceptional customer service in Liberty, Missouri. You will supervise Associates, manage scheduling, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering strong store performance and a safe shopping environment.

The role requires oversight of payroll, training, loss prevention, and regulatory compliance, with emphasis on teamwork and coaching to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Must supervise, motivate, and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches while working.
• Assists in the analysis of Store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall Store performance.
• Communicates any variances to Company standards to the Store Manager.
• Ensures scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
• Ensures compliance with all State, Local, and Federal regulations.
• Maintains a clean, neat, easy-to-shop environment and ensures safety standards.
