Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of our brand in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You’ll engage customers, educate them on products, and demonstrate solutions to keep people connected.

In a fast-paced, high-traffic environment, you will learn our store processes, build rapport, and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences. A high school diploma and at least 6 months in customer service or retail are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educates on products and benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, and processes; learn systems and resources.
