T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of our brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will engage customers, educate them on our offerings, and help keep operations smooth in a high-traffic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them on offerings.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; share knowledge and support store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, attract potential customers, build rapport, and drive sales activity at the location.
