Bass Pro Shops is seeking an HR Specialist to lead in-store HR initiatives supporting leadership and Outfitters in staffing, onboarding, training, engagement, orientation, and administrative excellence at the Union Gap location. • Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource.
• 1-3 years human resources and administrative/office experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports staffing, training, onboarding, and engagement for hourly outfitters.
• Maintains confidentiality and communicates HR policies to staff.
• Processes employment actions in HRIS/Payroll system for hourly staff.
• Assists with travel coordination and store supplies.
• Supports performance management and annual reviews.
• Provides administrative support to General Manager.
