The role requires 1–3 years HR/administrative experience, a HS diploma (bachelor's preferred), and strong communication skills. Infrequent travel may be required; comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's in HR preferred.
• Experience in HR/general administrative roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and data handling capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing for hourly outfitters and onboarding.
• Coordinate training, engagement, orientation, and recognition activities.
• Process HR actions in HRIS/Payroll/Scheduling with confidentiality.
• Assist GM with administrative duties and store operations.
• Maintain compliance, records, and policy communication.
• Handle invoicing, expenses, and travel coordination for leaders.
