Bass Pro Shops in Bowling Green, KY seeks an Human Resources Specialist to lead onsite HR initiatives, including staffing, training, engagement, orientation and onboarding for Outfitters and to support the General Manager with administrative duties.

The role requires 1–3 years HR and administrative experience, with a high school diploma as minimum and a Bachelor's in HR preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to calculate figures and interpret data from reports.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Lead onsite HR initiatives for staffing, training, engagement, onboarding and administrative tasks.
• Support management with administrative functions for the store and Outfitters.
• Assist with hiring/staffing processes for hourly Outfitters and compliance with HR policies.
• Coordinate training completion and monitoring for store personnel.
• Process and audit employment actions in HRIS/Payroll/Scheduling for hourly staff.
