Rural King is seeking a Human Resources Lead to support store-level HR operations and create a positive associate experience. You will partner with store leadership on recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and engagement.

The role centers on building a People First culture, delivering training, and ensuring policy compliance across the store network. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or related experience preferred.
• Experience supporting onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, or associate engagement.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment policies, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruiting, phone screenings, and candidate interviews.
• Onboard new hires and maintain associate records and HRIS data.
• Support benefits, leave management, and HR reporting.
• Partner on employee relations, coaching, and development.
• Assist with training programs and workplace policy compliance.
