Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Human Resources Lead to support store-level HR operations and foster a positive associate experience. You will partner with store leadership to drive recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR, solid communication, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced retail setting. This role offers growth opportunities within a family-owned retailer focused on People First.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, recruiting, or related experience.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS and benefits administration.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and be discreet.
• Retail or multi-location HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, and associate engagement.
• Support benefits administration, leave management, and HR reporting.
• Partner with store leaders on employee relations and policy compliance.
• Coordinate training, safety programs, and performance coaching.
• Ensure accurate HR records and confidentiality.
