Job summary

Rural King seeks a Human Resources Lead to support store-level HR operations and foster a positive associate experience. This role partners with store leadership to drive recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training, benefits administration, performance management, and associate engagement.

The HR Lead serves as a resource for associates and leaders, upholding our People First culture and guiding teams through policy implementation, safety initiatives, and development

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, recruiting or related fields.
• Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, HR administration.
• Familiarity with HR policies and compliance.
• Experience using HRIS/ATS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: review applications, phone screenings, coordinate interviews, support hiring events.
• Associate Support & HR Operations: onboarding, maintain records, benefits and leave management, HR reporting.
• Employee Relations, Training & Compliance: partner with managers on relations, investigations, policy compliance, training.
• Store Support: confidentiality, communicate programs and updates, cross-training.
