Qualifications

• At least 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred

• Can effectively communicate with team and management
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead stores associates and supervise daily goals to hit KPIs and customer experience
• Recruiting and developing team; manage scheduling and staff performance
• Execute store processes including Omni-channel fulfillment and brand standards
• Manage inventory, payroll hours, opening/closing procedures
• Maintain safety and loss prevention practices
