Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Store Manager for a leadership role in Kentucky. You will lead a team, drive sales, coach associates, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes store operations, budget and inventory management, safety, and maintaining an attractive store to meet company goals and support growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management.
• Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer enjoys a great, custom-fit experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budget, control expenses, grow sales and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules and company policies.
• Keep the store looking its best.
