Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing and hiring decisions for your store — helping bring in the best talent and developing the team.
• Provide your team with training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience while handling customer flow.
• Identify selling skill gaps, then build and implement development plans to meet sales metrics and quotas.
• Own your own sales performance on the floor and lead the numbers.
• Take direction from store leader on day-to-day operations and manage time to meet commitments.
• Keep score daily — track performance and coach in the moment.
• Run store operations — analyze staffing, report financials, handle cash, ensure compliance, coordinate with Facilities/Network/IT.
• Complete store opening and closing activities.
• Collective responsibility on attaining store targets daily/weekly/monthly.
• Model Victra Greet on the floor and coach your team to deliver it every guest, every time.
• Resolve customer issues and assist with transactions.
• Monitor inventory and keep store clean for a great in-store experience.
• Build relationships with your team and peers to gain support.
• Champion new merchandising standards and planogram changes.
