Gap Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead store teams toward a profitable business plan, aligning the brand vision with in-store execution. You’ll drive sales growth, manage Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

You will coach behaviors, build capabilities, and ensure the store meets or exceeds all key metrics while upholding brand standards and community involvement.

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.

• Analyzes results, identifies opportunities and drives KPIs with leadership.
• Forecasts and schedules to drive profitable sales.
• Manages store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
