Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ experience in supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Operations experience in a leadership capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop all team members to grow the business and revenue while ensuring compliance.
• Lead local marketing strategies and partnerships to drive growth and store revenue.
• Evaluate loan/pawn applications, assess risk, and ensure adherence to policies.
• Maintain store appearance, cash handling, loss prevention, and audits as directed by leadership.
• Schedule staff to meet budgeted workloads and ensure full-time coverage.
