Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Winder, GA seeks a General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will coach the team, ensure compliance, and build brand loyalty through local marketing and community presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years in a supervisory/leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Operations leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage store performance and meet/exceed company standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team to drive new business and revenue.
• Identify local marketing strategies and community events to grow store revenue.
• Process loan/pawn applications and assess risk within limits.
• Enforce quality standards and compliance; participate in audits.
• Oversee cash management, loss prevention, and security procedures.
• Open/close procedures; train staff in keyholder duties.
• Assist in hiring and staff development; schedule optimization.
• Maintain store appearance and implement seasonal promotions.
