CCF Family of Brands in Tempe, AZ is hiring a General Manager to lead daily operations and the store team. You will drive revenue, ensure compliance, and deliver world-class customer service while coaching staff and managing local marketing efforts.

The role features an hourly pay rate of $24.00 with eligibility for performance bonuses and a comprehensive Total Compensation package including benefits and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role in retail, finance, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with POS, phones, and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage store performance to meet or exceed company standards.
• Coach and develop team; drive store growth and training on systems and procedures.
• Lead local marketing and community events to generate revenue and referrals.
• Oversee loan/pawn applications, risk, and compliance within policy limits.
• Ensure store security, cash handling, and loss prevention with proper procedures.
• Handle opening/closing duties and train new staff on keyholder responsibilities.
• Schedule staff to meet budget and store needs; ensure weekend coverage.
• Maintain store appearance and planogram; assist with external marketing.
