Ccffamily of Brands in Kingsland, GA is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive customer service, and grow brand presence across our network. You will supervise staff, manage risk, and ensure performance in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role offers hands-on leadership, real-world training, and advancement within eleven brands nationwide. Strong communication and basic finance skills are a good fit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems, phones, and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and cashing transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining customer service focus.
• Maintain and protect customer information in the POS system.
