Cole Haan is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Florida to lead in-store operations, drive sales, and achieve profitability targets while upholding the brand’s philosophy and policies.

You will coach a high-performing team, execute visual merchandising standards, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role requires flexibility, strong English communication, and a customer-obsessed mindset to foster a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• BA in Business Administration or related field required.
• 2-3 years of high-volume store management experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and loss prevention.
• Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial results by achieving sales and KPI goals.
• Exceed EBITDA budget by managing payroll, supplies, and facilities.
• Coach and develop staff to exceed individual and store goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and build a talent pipeline.
• Address performance issues promptly using company tools.
• Create a culture of customer obsession and exceptional service.
• Deliver consistent customer service and feedback to management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards per company guidelines.
• Communicate customer, market, and product feedback regularly.
• Ensure loss prevention, health and safety, and policy compliance.
