Qualifications

• College degree preferred or related field experience.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

• Knowledge in driving sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Experience leading a team to coordinate operational tasks and receive shipments.
• Able to coordinate and manage a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge in staffing, coaching, training, and development.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Strong computer skills including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Physical ability to lift 25–50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Exceed store EBITDA budget through payroll, supplies, and facilities management.
• Coach and develop staff to exceed individual and store goals.
• Lead and develop a quality store team to maintain a positive environment.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and building a talent pipeline.
• Address performance issues using company tools.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service through your store team.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Communicate customer, market, and product feedback.
• Achieve operational objectives with regards to loss prevention, health, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and manage a team to receive shipments and maintain store cleanliness.
