Job summary

Cole Haan is seeking a Support Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager in Coral Gables, FL to help drive store performance across operations, brand, and talent. You will work to achieve sales targets, coach staff, and ensure a world-class shopping experience aligned with the Extraordinary Brand Selling approach.

Responsibilities include assisting in expense control, loss prevention, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

Support Store Manager in implementing initiatives to achieve goals in operations, brand and talent.
Help achieve sales goals through revenue-building strategies and staff coaching.
Ensure a world-class shopping experience via Extraordinary Brand Selling and Service Culture.
Assist with expense control, loss prevention audits, and weekly reporting.
Maintain policy and legal compliance and communicate to staff.
Collaborate on visual merchandising aligned with brand standards.
Coordinate with leadership on product mix and trends.
Hold store keys and participate in opening/closing.
Maintain flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed.
Proficient with POS and MS Office; capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
