Job summary

Walmart Milford, DE is seeking a store leader to hire, train, and develop hourly associates, set clear expectations, and drive store operations using data and company initiatives.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and expenses, ensure merchandising quality, optimize inventory flow, and deliver a high standard of customer service while fostering a culture of belonging and applying the One Best Way guidance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Supervisory experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Completion of required trainings and assessments (Academy/Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by hiring, training and mentoring associates.
• Drives store operations, merchandising, customer service and community initiatives.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting and expenses to align with sales and PL targets.
