Walmart in Dublin, GA is seeking a Store Manager who will lead and develop high-performing teams, uphold exceptional customer service, and drive store profits. You will guide associates through training, feedback, and the One Best Way service model while focusing on merchandising, inventory flows, and community outreach.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, budget management, and continuous improvement to meet sales and profit goals.

Formación

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Facilities selling firearms may require CBC and Firearms training.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and feedback to associates.
• Manage store operations focusing on customer service, merchandising and company direction.
• Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Drive sales and shrink reduction through action plans and data analysis.
• Coordinate stakeholder relationships and promote a culture of belonging and integrity.
