Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates; drive store operations and community initiatives.
• Own and monitor store financials, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensure customer service excellence by implementing OBW service standards and resolving issues through action plans.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and develop associates; promote a culture of belonging and inclusion.
