Job summary

Walmart seeks a store leadership professional in Tilton, NH to lead and develop teams, teach training, listen to associates, and drive store operations with a focus on customer service and a One Best Way approach.

You will manage budget, forecasting, merchandizing, and loss prevention, while delivering results, coaching hourly associates, promoting inclusion, and implementing company change initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives the financial performance by reviewing and evaluating PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer service standards and implements action plans to improve processes and customer experience.
