Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates must meet safety and compliance requirements, including background checks where applicable.
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback to associates.
• Drives store financial performance, budgeting, and expense control aligned to sales.
• Oversees merchandising, inventory flow, and customer service initiatives.
• Hire, train, mentor, and recognize hourly associates; promote a belonging mindset.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Open Door communications; support ethics and integrity.
