Job summary

Walmart Distribution Center in Tilton, NH is seeking a store leadership role to guide teams, manage budgets, and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service. You will hire, train, and mentor associates, set clear expectations, and promote an inclusive culture in a dynamic retail environment.

The position focuses on leadership, performance management, and operational excellence to meet company growth goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications

2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, with leadership and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop teams by teaching, training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
Drive store performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and implement process improvements for a high-quality experience.
Hire, train, mentor, and assign duties to associates, promoting belonging and promoting staffing needs to support growth.
