Job summary

Fresh Monkee is seeking a dynamic General Manager to inspire a team of store employees, maintain a welcoming environment, and consistently deliver outstanding customer service. The GM will oversee daily store operations, make staffing decisions, and ensure product quality while upholding the company’s values and standards.

You will supervise on-floor operations, manage payroll and inventory, coach staff, and pursue opportunities to grow the business, including potential catering or partnerships.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a food service setting is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations; ServSafe certification is strongly recommended.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
• Knowledge of basic technology for ordering, inventory, sales tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Schedule staff, supervise training, and manage payroll and labor costs.
