Motek, part of Happy Corner Hospitality, seeks a General Manager to take full accountability for daily restaurant operations, leading both front- and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and brand standards.

You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, staff development, and compliance while fostering a positive, high-performing culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of leadership experience in high-volume restaurant operations.
• Degree in hospitality, business, or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of service standards and guest experience.
• Proven experience managing budgets, labor, inventory, and operating costs.
• Ability to plan staffing, scheduling, and team productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and front- and back-of-house performance.
• Lead and mentor managers and staff; maintain top service quality.
• Develop and implement risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor reports, sales forecasts and profitability; manage COS, labor, and cash flow.
• Recruit, interview, and train staff; drive marketing initiatives to boost revenue.
• Keep executive leadership informed on performance and issues.
