The GM oversees staffing, payroll, inventory, and daily operations, ensuring a clean, inviting store and consistent results. This role requires coaching, accountability, and a strong owner mentality to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a food service setting.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations; ServSafe certified.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with inventory, ordering, and sales reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store staff, manage staffing levels, and schedule shifts.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, ordering, and quality control.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability; analyze sales data.
• Develop growth opportunities such as catering or partnerships.
• Present and train on new products and procedures.
