Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of store managers to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Oversee all day-to-day store operations for efficiency, profitability, and brand consistency.
• Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and staff development to meet goals.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation compliance across all shifts.
• Drive store performance through budgeting, labor cost control, and inventory management.
