Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced, guest-focused environments such as retail, foodservice, hospitality, or convenience retail.
• 3+ years of experience leading a high-performing convenience store location preferred.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee P&L, drive sales, margins, labor, and inventory while upholding brand standards.
• Ensure foodservice quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage ordering, inventory and loss prevention to maximize profitability.
• Support new concepts and improvements in a fast-paced environment.
