Job summary

La La Land Cafe is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage day-to-day leadership. You will oversee budgets, staffing, training, and brand standards while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.

The GM will report to the Area Manager and guide a team of store managers, aligning strategic initiatives with Kraft brand guidelines to ensure consistent execution and profitability.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of operations management experience, coffee/tea industry preferred.
• Experience managing a team of direct reports.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and coach a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain brand standards, SOPs, and health/safety compliance.
• Oversee budgets, labor costs, inventory, and key financial metrics.
• Drive growth initiatives and improve store profitability with the Area Manager.
