Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work full-time (47 hours per week).
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and lead with passion and vision to drive store performance, inspiring the team to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Commitment to scheduling standards for inventory management, admin, holidays, and presence in the store.
• Manage supply chain processes and asset management for timely replenishment and efficient resource allocation.
