Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team to deliver a profitable business plan and exceptional customer experience. You will align brand vision with in-store execution, drive sales through forecasting, scheduling, and Ops, and coach staff to build capabilities while upholding standards.

You will oversee merchandising, product operations, and talent development, ensuring compliant operations and a best-in-class customer journey across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results and communicate with customers and employees.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including travel, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results and collaborate with leadership to drive KPIs.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales growth.
• Manage store budget and daily operations in support of the P&L.
• Build and coach a high-performing team for excellent customer experience.
• Lead SOP implementation and initiatives across the store.
• Promote inclusivity and community involvement.
• Leverage OMNI to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
