Banana Republic is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team, deliver a profitable business plan, and translate brand vision into store performance. You will drive sales growth through Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will coach and develop people, manage budgets, and ensure compliance while building a productive, inclusive team that thrives on delivering exceptional service and results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results and identify opportunities with leadership to drive KPIs.
• Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.
• Manage store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
• Build highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people.
• Coach and provide feedback to drive performance.
• Lead training to build capabilities and standards.
• Implement and execute SOPs and initiatives.
• Promote an inclusive, high-performing store culture.
