Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team and deliver a profitable business plan. You will align the brand vision with in-store execution, drive sales growth, and manage Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will analyze results, forecast and schedule, build strong teams, coach performance, implement SOPs, promote inclusivity, and ensure compliance while representing the brand.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Strong communication with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to meet profitability and KPI targets.
• Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.
• Manage store budget and daily operations to support P&L.
• Build and develop high-performing teams through recruitment and training.
• Coach team performance and deliver best-in-class customer experience.
