Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a General Manager to lead store teams in delivering a profitable business plan and outstanding customer experience. You will connect brand vision to in-store execution and drive performance across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development.

You will guide forecasting, scheduling, and budgeting while coaching staff to achieve goals and ensure compliance with standards. Travel and flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results and identify opportunities to drive KPIs with leadership.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable store sales.
• Manage store budget supporting the P&L.
• Build and develop a high-performing team.
• Coach and train to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Lead SOPs and initiatives and ensure compliance.
