• Drive profitable store sales by fostering a patient-focused retail culture.
• Attainment of plan sales goals and comparable store sales growth.
• Manage payroll cost effectively and in line with company standards.
• Manage gross margins and ensure store standards in line with company.
• Train and develop associates to deliver patient-centered care.
• Develop relationships with Doctors and ensure adequate doctor coverage.
• Implement initiatives to increase exams and convert exams to sales.
