Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of retail management experience or equivalent educational background.
• A valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Team player, customer focused, honest, hardworking, and excellent attendance.
• Basic Computer Skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including accounting, marketing, customer service, HR, and food service.
• Manage and direct store team in duties per company policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely and thorough training of store team.
• Address issues at store level to resolve problems.
• Educate store team and follow up on policies and communications.
• Merchandise and maintain inventory levels, evaluate displays, pricing, promotional signage, and out-of-stocks.
• Promote FiveStar service standards (friendly atmosphere, customers' needs met, suggestive selling).
• Ensure inventory controls, equipment checks, staffing, labor budget, and safety and robbery guidelines in place.
• Oversee food operation, evaluating appearance of food service areas, food quality, tracking, promotions, signage, and compliance.
• Review P&L statements and implement changes to improve store performance.
