Job summary

You will lead the store team, ensure strong service, manage inventory, pricing, signage, and safety guidelines, and step in for the GM as needed. Candidates should be 18+, with retail management experience and a professional, team‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of retail management experience and/or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Team player, customer focused, honest, hardworking, and excellent attendance.
• Basic Computer Skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations with General Manager.
• Partner with FiveStar team to provide customers with service according to policies.
• Train store team in a timely and thorough manner.
• Educate store team on policies and communications.
• Assist General Manager in addressing store issues and problem resolution.
• Merchandising and ensuring adequate inventory levels, pricing, signage, and out of stocks.
• Promote the FiveStar treatment and customer-focused service.
• Oversee inventory control, equipment condition, staffing, labor budget, and safety guidelines.
• Oversee food operation, evaluate food service areas, and ensure food quality and promotions.
• Assist in store operations when the General Manager is absent.
• Learn and understand P&L statements.
