Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead our store operations with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building a strong team.

You will direct daily activities, ensure food safety, manage costs and inventory, and drive sales growth through effective leadership and accountability. The ideal candidate has prior management experience in quick-service or fast-food settings, strong communication skills, and a commitment to team development and operational

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience.
• Customer Service experience.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
