Domino's Team BAM! is looking for a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills to run our store efficiently, take care of our customers, and support our team members!

As the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales, maintain food safety and standards, and ensure a positive work environment while guiding a dedicated team to deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• Minimum management or similar experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
