Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee cost controls, inventory, food quality, cleanliness, image standards, and staff attendance to ensure top performance.

You will recruit and develop the team, enforce food safety, and deliver Best in Class customer service while driving sales and profitability. A strong leader with P&L experience will excel here.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
